This is regular practice for reliance to deduct balance without any reason. If this does not stop and if i do not get my refund, i have to switch my operator. Very irritating service from rcom.....

from my number 8010405897 , when i dialling no. 06254240685, it always says this route is busy, please try after sometime. but when i am dialling this no. from other operator , it instantaneously connected. i contacted customer care, but they dont provide solution for this. they said everything is ok but this problem is not solved. please provide solution...............

am a Reliance GSM user, mobile number 9863701478, North East Circle, on 19 October 2011, I have been charged 1 rupee for 2 days notifying me by an sms that I have subscribed for caller tunes service. I contacted customer care on the day itself and they said I have sent a message to subscribe it which was total bullshit by reliance. The customer care even disconnected the line. I called again and I deactivated the service but today, ie 21 October 2011, again the same sms came, activating the stupid reliance callertune again and deducting my balance. I have registered for DND service on 12 october 2011. If reliance don’t resolve it, I have to change to another operator. I have saved those sms, if any further action is required, for illegally deduction of balance or violation of DND.

I thought the illegal activation of callertunes will be stopped but the reliance customer care have made a fool of its customer by activating the said stupid reliance tunes again on 25 October again. And on 28th October i have been charged 15 rupees for some irritating callertune “senorita”. This reliance service is becoming really irritating. I think the RCOMcare only post their apologies here but never solve the problem.

And on 29 october LOVECHARM was activated automatically but not successful as there was no balance. Previously some VAS service Anouska Pack was also activated. This is becoming really irritating. This all have started after registering for DND service on both my numbers

i am a reliance gsm user my number is 9770912459 my balance has been deducted illegally 4-5 times.Recently my balance has been deducted by Rs7 within last 10 days(i m not knowing the exact date).i have complained about the same before also through consumer court channel then the executive called me but she said that i have activated a scheme by using R-WORLD.but that was wholly wrong i had never used R-WORLD facility on my sim and my balance was not refunded to me.i told her that don't refund my balance just make sure that this thing didn't repeat in future but same thing repeated again.i am facing lot of problem because of this nonsense from RIL.my balance is being slashed regularly.in all approximately Rs150 had been deducted till now.please help me to get rid of this problem.i will be highly thankful to consumer court.to contact me please contact me at my alternate number 8979154565 because i am in roaming.
