From last February 2011, my Airtel connection started creating problem for me. Within few days interval it starts reducing my balance of talktime without any use. Even if I am not using my phone my balance starts reducing and it stop this process until balance comes to Nil position.
After so many complaints their is no resolution and yesterday when I made complaint, they clearly refuse to accept this issue and talk rudely also like Consumer telling lie.
