I'm having a prepaid mobile connection from Reliance.I have called the customer care and disabled all the marketing calls and messages. (To enable they need only a minute ,but to disable they need 45 days-a very difficult job!!!)
But still they are not disabling a devotional pack which takes 30 Rs every month for last 2 years. I have called the customer care atleast 5-6 times for this task. I want my money back, nothing more. 30 Rs. per month for the last 2 years. I have never enabled any services in mobile,I'm a software professional and I'm sure I have never done that. Also none other than myself handle this mobile.
Everytime the customer care people are making me a fool.Many time my mobile amount has gone negative because of this subsription, that too in very critical situations.
Another important thing is that it is very difficult task to connect to their customer care. Several rounds of clicking '1' then again '2' like that and also unending waiting. All this have become worse recently and claim to be the most 'trusted brand'
