I am staying at berhampur near the andhra border at golanthara.The reliance network has been horrible since the last few weeks.The network connection fails completely and vanishes for hours together.What about the emergency situations? and now the network fails horribly .The call does not connect and if it does it does not last for more than a minute.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My mother is using your Reliance GSM Mobile phone since last year. She is not getting proper network for her reliance Mobile.In a weak Out of 7days for 2days network is coming properly then rest 5 days are not there.She was never able to find the network inside my house.When she is on the road the network is coming but once she enter to house she started starving for network. But last two days there is no network for whole the area itself. I want a simple advice from you. Shall i surrender my reliance no and opt for some other options available in market.For other network like vodafone and Airtel is always alive.Only problem with Reliance. As your Customer Care executive were never be able to understand my problem.You are saying "INDIA'S NO. 1 NETWORK". But....................
