This is not the first time where I (customer) have to face problems when there has unwanted dedication from my airtel prepaid account.
There was an unwanted deduction from my account of Rs. 157 on the mobile # 9849239501 and when I call the customer support they say they don’t have any updated information about this and want me to wait for a day and gave me a complaint number – CBDCC30817299795 – and said the supervisor will turn back next day morning 10am .. here we go now when I dint receive any call from the technical department of Airtel then I called them back around 6 and I get a silly answer from the associate that my phone was unavailable or out of network .where as I was attending calls at 10am, 10.20am, 10.35am … all the time it was on but was an excuse by the agent.. Again in the evening I recharged with RS 222 and activated my internet service as I changed my phone and want to use internet.. so I got a confirmation of deduction of RS 98 for 2GB internet , after the confirmation I checked my internet services it was active and I started using net but here we go again there was deduction of RS 35 from my main account when I already have 2GB internet pack . I called the customer service and got the complaint number - RM0SE40817360053 - I asked them to transfer the call to the floor supervisor again a silly answer that “Sorry sir all the supervisors are busy right now and I will ask my supervisor to call you back so please give ask one hour “well even after one hour there was no call from the Airtel.
I again called the customer service and asked y dint I receive the call yet then again the silly answer “sorry sir they are busy and please give us some time we will get back in 24hours...”
Finally when I called back again and asked for supervisor it was same unusual.. And when I clearly said the agent that its all crap happening so better I change my network provider and tell me how do I do it . then the agent was so easily explaining me the details to change my network but he dint even try once to convince me not to change it or he dint even ask for time to ratify the problem so this what happening.
AIRTEL CAN’T GIVE PROPER SERVICE TO THIR CUSTOMERS BUT ATLEST TRY TO CONVINCE THE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY WANT TO CHANGE THE NETOWRK.
