I, the undersigned, (my cell no is- 8087439509 (TATA DOCOMO Lifetime Validity Prepaid Connection))
would like to bring to the notice of the concerned, that my Subscription to B-Town Rockstars has been renewed yet again on 1st Aug 2011 without my consent!
This is especially shocking because even after having told to the customer care executives they have done little to actually take care of my consent.
I earnestly request you to Stop the Subscription to the above mentioned Service at soon as possible. I hope to receive my money back into my Prepaid Talktime Balance, for the deduction made.
I would like to mention here that these acts go a long way in increasing the customer dissatisfaction and help loose the confidence a customer has for the service received!
Hoping that you do the needful at your earliest as this cannot be at any cost tolerable.
