mere reliance cdma no par 999 ka plan acatave tha par mujhe sms aaya ki
agar aap 48 ka recharge karti ho to aap ka call reat 50paise ho jyegi lakin
ye nahi likha tha ki agar allready koi plan acativat hai to vo deacative ho
jayegi aur mai 48 ka recharge kara liya aur meri 999 ki seva band ho gayi
hai aur jab mai costomer care se call par bat ki to o bolte hai ki agar aap
ko 999 ki seva chahiye to aap ko phir se 999 ka recharge karna hoga.

mai ye janana chahata hu ki unke tarf se mujhe puri information nahi mili
to meti kya galti hai.
please help me .

I am using your prepaid service for the last four years.

I am sorry to inform you that now a days, your customer care is misguiding
customers in a very proper way. I am also one of the victims of the list.

Yesterday evening I called your customer care representative to enquire
about any new offer. I was told about 'Simple Plan' of Rs.48/- in which all
local, STD calls & SMS will be charged @Rs.0.50. I was also informed to send
SMS 'ACT SIMPLE' to 53739 to activate the service. The SMS in this regard
was also sent to me from 51234. Today morning I e-recharged with Rs.48/- &
then with Rs.201/-. For Rs.48/- no talktime was offered as it was a bonus
pack. After recharging with Rs.201/- I got full talk time of 201 min. Then I
sent SMS on 53739 for which I got confirmation of activation of 'Simple
Plan' but again Rs.48/- were deducted.

I called customer care again where I was informed that service was activated
but they were not able to roll back Rs.48/- deducted twice from my account.

I want to know, if 'Simple Plan' was activated in my account then why SMS
for activating it again was accepted. Also, your customer care would I have
informed me simply to recharge with Rs.48/- & not to send the SMS for
activating the plan.

I request you kindly to credit my account with Rs.48/- deducted twice from
your side.

Dear All,

Now a days reliance network coverage is very poor, even No signle is showed in my home. Reliance customer care does not resolve this issue, They all just say "The problem is resolved in next 72 hours" and disconnect the phone. But the problems is still exist.

I am residing within 500 meter circle from Reliance Tower, but still the coverage is so poor.

VERY POOR NETWORK COVERAGE.

Please resolve the network issue.

hello i m reliance CDMA user, my no is 09354902535, on my this no, yesterday there is a deduction of rs. 30 for 30 days on account of Jobs on phone, and Rs. 48 for movie masala, but i have never subscribed these kind of services,

so these amount is deducted, and when i call to reliance customer care , they are not responding to all this

i purchased a reliance cdma handset from LG - RD 6600 in june 2008. I spent 1000 Rs on getting its body changed and then 1655 on getting the PCB replaced as I experienced some problems few months back. The total cost of phone is Rs5000 but I have already spent Rs approx Rs 3ooo and the problems continue. What can i do??? The service is bad I have to travel about 9-10 kms to the authorised service centre on Dhole Patil Road.

I ahve phone no 9350411702, I have been observing that reliance is debiting unauthorised money from my ph account. I have complaint to customer care, nodal authority, appellate authority in regular. but they close one service and subscribe some other serivice in unauthorised way and keepon debiting money. Even after six months of complaining they are not taking and satisfactory action. I think they have committed to cheat customer.
