I bought a sony ericson F305 last month, and from very first week hanging problem is there .
i went to the global access(store from which i bought the phone) shown him the problem.
He suggest me to go to service center at malleshwaram 1st cross, i went there and service center people re installed the software but the problem has not fixed. Then i told this to the global access manager, he sent the mobile to richmond circle service center for complete 1 week. After that also problem was not fixed. after one week along with global access person i went to malleshwaram center, and they agin took my phone for 1 week. But this time along with hanging problem they introduced other problems. When i ask for replacement, service center people told me that company doesn't have any provision for replacement.
Now, i really have no way out. It seems like my Rs8500 is drown.
So help me out.
