I had got a recharge done for rs299 from a dealer @ sec17 market.It was a dealer in front of the Vodafone mini store on first floor.
Now,after the recharge i got a msg which reads this :
''your account has been refilled successfully by rs.5 . your vodafone prepaid account balance is rs.5''
however, the information which ihad for the recharge was that i will get talktime in this, i am a new customer to vodafone.
was surprised to kno that the dealers does not carry a broucher of the recharge information and did not reconfirm with me as to what benefit i will get from the recharge?
so i did not get balance instead got humiliated by the dealer.
Day 1(2nd June) i go back to the dealer ask him to sort out the issue as i did not get any balance ?
dealer says i can't help. i request he calls up the vodafone dealer helpline no and the helpline person says this recharge option is for world calling?( i did not opt for it)
so i called @ 111 where one girl picked up the call and said there is no scheme available for that amount? i asked her to repeat the same thing to the dealer, which i appreciate she did.
then the dealer called the vodafone dealer helpline number starting from 988 something and made me talk to the vodafone representative who said within 24 hours i will get the balance ?
i was not satisfied as i got 3 different so i called 111 again this time a guy picked up and told me that this was an internet card which i had got activated and he suggested '' why don't u just msg/mail for 2 months as u have thi s now'' ? i wanted to talk to a responsible person hence i was connected to Ravi Anand ! who helped however said the same thing this was a internet card.
Day 2(3rd june) 27 hours later i first go to the vodafone mini store to check what i know is correct and i see on the website that i am entitaled for an amount of 270.something after the tax deduction and this was confirmed twice by the person sitting behind the counter and other person from vodafone who called vodafone helpline and confirmed.
i Went to the dealer again and at first he said i can't help and after much request he called the vodafone dealer helpline and said this '' yaar yeah customer mera dimak kha raha hai you only talk and explain'' and again he gave up saying it's not my mistake go to vodafone?
now i have no balance and my money is also gone? 299 is not a small amount and if any wrong recharge is done i want my money back else we can go with the talk time of 270?
THIS IS THE MAIL I WROTE TO THE NODAL OFFICER 4DAYS AGO AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY?
