i have activated the internet service of airtel on my number with the quick deduction from my balance. after getting confirmation msg of service activation tried a lot to access internet through it but no get response not even any msg or alert. the page only displays loading, nothing except it. after some time when i checked my balance, got the shock that about 18-20 rs has been deducted from my balance.
when i complained at their 198 service, Costumer Care Executive told me to call 12118 (technical dept of airtel for internet complaints) on the cost of rs .50 per 3 min. after talking to me about 6 min the CCE at 12118 disconnected the call.
after getting frustated with all this for about 45 minutes, when i again called 198 to complain against the wrong amount deducted even after already paid for the internet plan and the behaviour of the CCE at 12118, the Executive at 198 compaint section told me to hold on as he is connecting to senior officer and keeping me on hold after 3-4 minutes he also disconnected the call. and the worst part which given me a hated feeling about airtel that after the whole incident, they banned my no from connecting to 198 so that i cant call them again and bug them up. bloody money suckers
and now feeling liked ditched by these suckers................................ want to screw them up as they frustated and mentally tortured me for about 1 and a half hr.
help me!!!!!!!!
