Dear Court,

I had a Reliance post paid connection and had purchased a BLACKBERRY 8830 CDMA from an online portal ,when i went to the reliance communications outlet they refused to transfer the number and activate BLACKBERRY services.The reason when inquired was told that the company is selling the same mobile phn at Rs 23,995 which i purchased online in just Rs 12,000 only.So they will not transfer the services.I also asked that whether this BLACKBERRY 8830 is goint to work on other networks they said it will only work on Reliance networks.

This is pure monopoly and exploitation of customers.Please look into the matter at the earliest.
