My phone (Sony Ericcson w580i ) was given for service nearly 4 months back (3rd of March 2009) and SALORA International , Bangalore has not yet given it back, They told me they will be giving back the phone within one week of taking it (that should be by second week of March 2009). last week when i went to their office and waited for hours they finally gave in writing that they will give the phone before this tuesday (30th of June 2009) at any cost, but still history repeats. I think they have sold my phone to someone. I dont know what to do now. the service request number with SALORA International is 10865. I have the job sheet and written commitment (anyways false commitment) I'm fed up of calling those IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOTS at SALORA, HSR Layout Bangalore
