Default Complaint in regards to disconnection and credit limit query

    Hi,

"I was asked by Monika on thursday to visit a branch and submit the photo proof and a letter requesting for the credit limit increase.I have done this on saturday 23/04/2011,but i am yet to receive an update on it.
Now considering that i am a good customer and my demand is not unnecessary i would expect this to be done asap.Given the fact that the fault lies in your system where in it calculates or make adjustments on the statement generation day,i should not be penalize for it. I think Vodafone should pay some respect to the customer. The treatment that i am getting for being a long standing customer is simply too bad.Vodafone also needs to understand that i don't have all the in the world to run around behind such small issues.
Further if this issue is not taken care off i want to speak to Sushma with logical explanation . I may not continue with Vodafone but will ensure i escalate this issue. I would also want and email address or phone no to contact some one higher than Sushma. "

This is my resent communication with vodafone .The problem that i am facing is that my credit limit is rupees 3200 on my vodafone no 9873842516 and at the end of the month i tend to go over the credit limit because the adjustment is only made after the bills gets generated and when the bill gets generated it comes to about Rs 1600 which is just the half. Now i have been with vodafone since july 2007 and have never missed any payment. I have suggested vodafone to either increase my credit limit or change the billing process but they enjoy asking the customer to run around. I am sick and tried of mailing and talking to the customer service by it just goes on. Further they even disconnect our call for that matter.
i would want to check what legal option i have to seek for my rights.
