I Ishan Pathak bought sony ericsson F305 on 14th of April 2009. Initially the problem started with its software making it work very slow, it was taken to the service centre Faridabad and took nearly 2 days. This resulted in making its speaker volume low and was sent back to the service centre for another week. The equaliser stopped working after the second software update and my handset was returned to the service centre. The regular communication with them was of no use as i was always assured something would be done, it would take time, wait for a few days for the new software etc etc. Alas! My phone was handed over back to me unrepaired.
That day turned out to be a big mistake as I bought this phone keeping in mind the performance, goodwill and name of the company. But unfortunately I have been betrayed by the company. My phone has been lying with the service centre all the months and now I am without the handset. My plea has fallen to deaf ears.
Let me also inform you that your service centre at Faridabad have declared it irrepairable and must be replaced but now when i called customer care of sony ericsson they informed me that my handset is not replaced and nothing can be done of this phone. They further asked me to take my handset back without any change.
so now please help me as soon as possible.

Iam citizen of Andhra Pradesh, India.
I bought Sony Ericsson F305 model on 12th june 2009.
I found it stuck on the very next day after purchase.
And it is continuing till now.

white screen in my mobile often when i open my slide my mobile screen becomes white but when i close the slide and leave it idle for 10 to 20 minutes it becomes normal i can work in my mobile normally when its closed and when i open it again the white screen comes back what is there a problem with the slide or the display ???

problem of screen cables... How to fix cables problem i can't use F305 sonyericsson mobile please i need it am trying change the cables many times but i can't how to fix it...plesae i need it and i can't use not light i mean disply but i can use to voise call to get some one call me i can use but with out see cables or the number just recive calls only..! please tell me how...? thank you.
