Dear Sir/ Madam
I would like to bring the issue to your notice that in the name of MNP vodafone is troubling their subscribers without bothering abount the vintage and credit rating of the customer.
I was holding the 2 corporate connections with the company for more than 5 years and 5 months, as I was facing continous call drop/ low signal problems with vodafone at my site/work area and at my home I decided to move to another service provider for better services and that too after giving vodafone a good enough time of 6 months to improve their signal. Just for the knowledge of everyone the complaints and services improve at vodafone in one singal day if you complaint to their group CEO Mr. Vittorio Calao directly, which I have experienced 2 years back and I can't trouble a group CEO for these complaints every time.
I ported out on 11/02/2011 and was forced to pay interm amounts for both my connections as the portibility was once interruped by vodafone. Still I was successful in porting my no.s out of vodafone. My biling cycle is 3rd to 2nd of the following month. Post receiving the payments in advance ahead of due dates, vodafone forgot the resposibilty of providing bill of the month for which I have paid and the following month and now demanding amount outstanding on my no. for period 3/2/2011 to 2/3/2011 without providing bills and giving their inability to provide the same as the no. is ported out. They also sending the sms in the warning or threatning way " Please deposit the funds Rs.XXX by date DD/MM/YYYY, post which the vodafone will ask my present operator to stop my services due to non payment.
May I request someone from Vodafone to answer the following:
1. Is harrasment of a porting out customer is your main motto.
2. Who will bear the cost of travel and time wasted at your vodafone stores. ( including parking cost ).
3. I very sincerely want to pay the outstanding amount to vodafone, but please provide me the bills and the process to collect the money as till now I was paying by electrinic mode of payment and I just don't want to go to the same old shameless Vodafone store staff at Vasant Vihar, because time , money and my respect really matters to me.
