    sir,
    i am reliance customer from last years.I am Shantanu Kumar Shaw from Jharkhand and my No. is 7677556566.sir my balance in my mobile is deducting regularly in last few month when i try to confirm the reason the customer care executive is unable to solve this problem and always make excuse like again your balance is not deducting your problem is solve within 24 hours and u believe me sir whenever you try to connect customer care you have to call at least 20-30 times because their is connection error problem show in my mobile.

    So i requested you take the necessary steps.

    Default Complaint Against Reliance Communication

    Dear Sir

    I am reliance customer from last one and half year. I am facing the same problem like Shantanu.
    They keep on activating any VAS without intimating me and deduct my balance. I told them lot of time not to do so.
    I asked them the reson of activating any VAS. Only answer from them is that that I have requested for it. I have never applied for any kind of service.
    Sir please control these kind of activities. This problem is majorly with reliace customers.
    I have used another Vodafone No. in prepaid for around three years and same no in postpaid more than two years. But I have never faced any kind of problem like reliance. If reliance peoples are not able to operate the service then why they are running it?
