I am using Relience GSM connection and my mobile number is 7667201928.
Today (31/03/11) my balance got deducted without any notice.When i called coustmer care they said i activated
some service from R-world which i have not activated.What they told is that your balance can not be returned in any case.This is not they first time they have done this thing to me.Two weeks back also they deducted my balance without any notice.Every time i called them they say that we have activated some service from R-world.Repeated occurrance of such event have given me a mental tension and also the apporach of Coustmer Care Executives is very bad.
