Dear Sir,

I had bought the Motorola Q9 - Licorice-Black Qty 1 on 23rd Dec 2008 Vide bill no 51424 the handset from Motrola.The EMIE code of the Handset is 3583160101100896 which had hanged on 07/05/2009 . The mobile stopped working and subsiquently given to repair under varrantee on 07/05/2009 to the authorised sevice centre Redington india limited 16.A and 16 B, Weelington Estate, New no 53, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai - 600015 vide complaint no EG/MO/09/01058.The process of registration is completed in two hours time.

Till today i have not got back the instrument after service. I have contacted them over phone five times and visited them two times and last visit is today that is june 20th 2009. After one and half month of giving hand set i am still hanging without my handset.Motorola has not given temporary handset to use also.

The main purpose to buy this handset was to use the EMAIL application which i am not able to use resulting lot of productive time and loss of turnaround time in my workplace. Resulting in high mental agony.

I would like to sue motorola for this issue. Kindly guide me . I have all the documentation of this issue.
