Sir, I lost my SONY Ericsson W 395 mobile on 24-03-2011,through pick pocketing and i
registered a complaint on Mico Layout police station, Bangalore.During the time of mobile
Purchase they said that with in 15 days you will get Mobile Insurance upto 80-90%.yesterday
when i asked them they are saying as only 70% you will get.
I submitted all documents for claiming insurance to ALEgION Insurance Broking Limited,

This is with regard to the insurance amount I received for my lost mobile phone, Insurance claim number 12718-htc 710e. I have received an amount of Rs 16,300. Although as per the insurance norms I was supposed to receive 70-80% of the cost of my mobile (which was Rs 28325) which is around 57%. I asked them to send me the details why it is this much.
Please help me on this.
