sir i ve puchased a reliance GSM sim card on 18th Dec 09.
i ve submitted all the required documents bt my services has been barred on 23 dec 09 eve by sending a message that documents not recieved.till now i ve submitted my documents three times to my dealer as there is no reliance web world in jaisalmer (raj.) bt my services are still barred and no reply from reliance customer care *333. i had also recharged my sim with india calling card of rs 650/- which is goin in vain with out use.There is no service fcility to ensure d gud service .if u can help me with this inconvenience i ll be thankful to u.

we purchased a CDMA phone model nu.-RZTFWCO 80532801 Classic 23 of reliance on 18/11/2009, from Amit Enterprises Franchises Reliance Web store Silver squire Rani Bazar Bikaner, after that it has been out of orders two times and this is the only number (0151-3206028) of our Branch(Reliance capital Asset Management ltd.) we have sent this for repaire but it is alwys takes about one month.

I have purchased reliance gsm sim card from deshnoke ( bikaner) I submitted my proufs documents like Bank pass book photo copy and PAN-card photo copy. Few days after barred , Again i have deposited above documents. For time beings i relief from barred . again i got same problem after 10 to 15 days now till to this date my sim is barred.
You are requested kindly help me with this inconvenience.
