To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Samrat Malakar and number is 9891014773, I have been customer with your provider since Sep,2005. Most of the times your customer services representatives could not resolve my issue. Now I want to change the provider to Vodafone and you are sending repeated rejection. May I know the reason?
Last time I got the message as below from the operator whom I chose to move:
“Your porting request ID412476 dated 05Mar11 has been rejected by your current operator due to the porting codes does not match the Donor allocated Porting code for this number, please contact your current operator”.

I contacted your customer service and he was unable to answer after asking to pass the call to supervisor he dropped the call his name was Sudesh.


Now please check what the porting code was generated through sending sms to 1900


“Unique Porting code for your mobile number xxxxx14773 is ID412476 expiry date is 12/03/2011”

Can you please tell me why it was not matched though the alpha numeric digits are as same as it should be?
