Hi I have been facing problems with Vodafone, last month i forgot to pay the bills for my phone, I am using this number from last 5 years and of-course paying the bills, and i dont have any alternative number mentioned in my account, But Vodafone called on one number in my bill details and told them the bill is not paid. I got information from my respective relative that he got call on his reliance number from Vodafone about my bill, i asked for the number from he got the call and then i called back on the number from he received the call, its a collection agency called " Nova communications' they refused to give any more details to me, i filed a complained by email to nodal office Sushma Khanna in Delhi but all in vain they said the number from my friend received a call is not Vodafone number and they do not call anyone from the non Vodafone number i expanded them that its not them its their collection agency called and they asked for the money. the denied and refused i am very upset with that , what i can do now ? need help
