My mobile No. 9819204298 i m Vodafone Mumbai Costumer My no. got disconected by com after i had mad all payment and now they are not activating my no. I am regularly post my complaint to Vodafone Costumer care center and sending them mail also but there is no positive response. i m very harsh with Service plz help me. Even they had commited me first pay your bill after that we will activate your no. I think company make froud with me. So please help me.

I am Vodafone customer since 2006. my no. 9819204298 was got disconeccted by com in the month of june 08 b'cos of bill i ask them there is some roaming dispute in my bill pls see to it for the same reason I have visited in Vodafone kalyan gallery and met Mr. raju. that time he told me server is down so pls visit after some time we will hwlp you but it happen so many time I was calling on 111 but they also telling me the same than in the mont of nov. 08 i have recieved a call from vodafone please make payment of 5700/- Rs. we will activate your no. and the roaming dispute will be adjust in next bill for the same I asked them if no will not be activate than they told me we will refund your amt after that i have visited in Kalyan Gallery and they have given same commitment to me so I have make the payment after payment they deny and not activating my no. now they are tellung me the no is not available. for the same i ahve discused with gallery Mgr also but they were diverting me. So pls help me.
