Dear Sir, I was using BSNL phone no. 2460971 in Karelibaug, Vadodara for more than 10 years. At the time of booking telephone, I paid Rs. 1000/- as a refundable deposit. In Jan '05, I disconnected above phone and deposited the instrument back to BSNL.
