This is to bring your kind attention on the various issues related to the MTNL’s DOLPHIN billing department. Sir, I am a customer of MTNL’s Dolphin Mobile Service (no. 9868286580) since 21st April, 2004. But I never received correct bill except one or two times.
Though this is not economic or physical damage but it caused me a lot of mental pressure. I am receiving wrong bill almost every month expect for one or two months. I have stopped paying bill now. Only two bill are pending i.e. March and April. Kindly do something about it.
