Dear Nokia Team,

I have bought 3110 model in April 2009 and till now three times i had faced problem with the display and given to nokia service center (opp: to Imcops, Adyar) they said due to software problem and downloaded the software and then the same complaint came and again now the same has repeated. After spending Rs.4,600/- and within a year thrice i had faced this problem. I request the nokia care team to replace new handset or refund the money back.

Today i am sending my handset to your nokia care at Adyar (opp: to Bus Terminus) and dont know what they will complaint on.

Kindly see to the freequent problem and solve it permanently and also advise your service people not to convince the customer by saying it is software problem and cannot could a proper reason. Kindly reply to my email:seradha@yahoo.co.in or radharukus@gmail.com.

I am facing a very frequent problem of key pad, actually in the key pad number 7,8 and 9 are not working.

I approached Nokia Care at Raipur at Ankit Electronics on 6th Feb 2010 and get repaired the cell and again on 3rd March 2010 again the same problem started and it was again rectified by Ankit Electronics.Now again today I am facing the same problem.I request you to kindly help me in this matter. as I am a very regular customer of Nokia.
I paid Rs. 922 for the rectification but the problem is still not solved.My details are as follows:

I have bought c5 model. it was on warrenty period and i give it to nokia care centre to repair my cemara which was not working , the centre fellow send it to delhi for repair but after the mobile come back it is not working properly as it was earlier working and the camera also not working yet.
