Dear Nokia Team,
I have bought 3110 model in April 2009 and till now three times i had faced problem with the display and given to nokia service center (opp: to Imcops, Adyar) they said due to software problem and downloaded the software and then the same complaint came and again now the same has repeated. After spending Rs.4,600/- and within a year thrice i had faced this problem. I request the nokia care team to replace new handset or refund the money back.
Today i am sending my handset to your nokia care at Adyar (opp: to Bus Terminus) and dont know what they will complaint on.
Kindly see to the freequent problem and solve it permanently and also advise your service people not to convince the customer by saying it is software problem and cannot could a proper reason. Kindly reply to my email:seradha@yahoo.co.in or radharukus@gmail.com.
