I need your advice to tackle the problem i am facing using worldphone VOIP Services.
I am using the services sincle 17 mar 2009 and facing problems since then.
When i bought the services...the sales guy told me that the everymonth you have to
recharge for the plan you have taken but didnt told me the billing cycle.
my phone was activated on 20th March 2009, it got diconected on 01 april and demaned
a recharge again, when i spoke to the customer care they told me that this is
routine email you need not worry the services will be continued till 20th april.
again the issue came in and my services were disconnected, i asked the customer
service to recharge it again today and the technical guy came and rechered it, i
have to pay 845 i.e full month plan fees, after the recharge he told me the next
recharge falls due on 1 may 2009.
i spoke to the cutomer care that why i have pay full money for 10 days when it
automatically falls due on 1 may 2009, why dont you charge for 10 days..she refused.
i havent paid even a single penny but bearing a loos of JOB and work due to the bad
services of world phone in the bad economical time where the time is value.
i request the honoured to take it into consideration and take action against such
company which are making fool of peoples charging excessively.
please advice
