i have an idea prepaid connection(9948430498) and have been using it for past 2 yrs. recently on june 5 the balance of Rs. 25 was deducted from my prepaid account, so when i enquired the reason they said that it was the activation of the gprs on my account and moreover they claim that i have subscribed to it when they called me for promotional purpose(i use nokia 1600 mobile which does not support gprs, so why would i activate gprs on a normal non gprs mobile) moreover after the deactivation of gprs was registered for, another 7 Rs. was deducted from my account(this shows another instance of cheating..) the matter is not about the money but about the service they provide to the customers. is this the service they provide to the customers? this problem was not for the first time but has happened even in the past for three times.
