I haven't active any kind of VAS service but still Bharti Airtel stolen 1Rs in my account on daily bases. necessarily Airtel active vas service on my no. I just want to say that i have not subscribed any vas service neither I am aware of that.
I had a word with Customer Care Executive he told i dialed some matrimony alerts and cooking tips toll free no. I forced to refund the deducted amount but not given me, Then he escalated my call to senior CCE Name : Afrit Shaik, somehow she gave me 1Rs refund, I asked her for all refund but she didn't, and she try to divert me to Nodal office no.
Her Assistance manager was also not available to handle my call (AM Name : Sumit Vishwakarma). I just want to know why is this so?

Please look into this matter ASAP, money is not a matter but again Aitel deducting my balance in future because of that I need to take necessary action, and it could not possible without you help.

I would really appreciate if you look into this and you quick feedback.
