Complaint Description:
On last Saturday 1/1/2011. Rs 11.74 deduct in my account. When I called the chargeable customer care & talked with Mr. HImanshu, I was told that "the internet surfing charges are being decut from my account" & cut more 2 Rs. .
I wish to update you that I am using apple "i-PHONE 3G ", since last 1 & 1/2 year & there is no system / connectivity between i-phone or vodafone server & with-out any activation I can't use internet on my i-phone.
yesterday I personally visited vodafone relation ship center, FACEL HOUSE [STADIUM SIX RD. NAVARANGPURA, AHMEDABAD] & meet your customer representative MR. ABHIJIT & MR. JITEN. they say in i-phone "this type of problem come in i-phone & cut the charges" & Mr. jatin says I already use i-phone 3g & his balance was cut 3 times. but it is not correct answer.
If it is system bug then why vodafone are not circulate this matter over the network.
if internet surfing work on my phone with Vodafone server. then I am interested to continue for same. please register me officially for the same & confirm.
I do not club my sim with another phone last 6 month. vodafone can also check my history with IMEI number.
As per Vodafone customer representative, the amount is deduct because I am using internet thru wi-fi, which is again not correct. For wi-fi, I use Airtel connection & I am paying for this to Airtel for last 2 yrs but this incident happened for the first time. How can Vodafone live can connect in between while using wi-fi (as suggested by your representative)
Due to this problem I do not recharge my sim with-out solve this.
yesterday i write e-mail NODAL officer maulika. but i don't get reply from vodafone side.
My struggle is not only for money, my personal interest is only "how it is possible with-out service provider server / facility/ hardware support, customer use/ surfing internet & service provider chage on my account".
I do look forward for your kind support & help to resolve this issue,
