Thread: Sony-ericson Warranty issue

I have been using the Sony Ericsson's mobile, w580i model, since last 10 month, recently I found problem in my keys so I have sumibted my mobile to Authorized soni ericson's service center. Since last 24th April I have submitted my mobile to service center, but yet my mobile not repaired. In parallel I have also talked to soni ericson's call center also but they are not replying satisfactory, so please help for the same.
