I am writing this with sheer disappointment with the services offered by Nokia Care Center at Charni Road, Mumbai, where I had given my Nokia E72 White Edition, purchased on Sep 04, 2010 as it was having keypad issue. I had noticed the problem with its keypad when the rim around Trackpad got loose and followed by the keypad, clearly a manufacturing fault. Now when I had given it to the repair center, they have returned the phone stating that it is due to water/liquid damage and the gum has come off the keypad. How lame is that now! First and foremost, phone has never been exposed to water and even if we assume if it was ever then how can a phone keypad loose its gum and nothing happens to the phone itself. This is not at all acceptable to me that in less than 3 months of purchase of such an expensive phone and with so much trust in Nokia, as I have been a user of Nokia since 1999, I am facing this issue. This is really really disappointing. My wife is also having E72 Black since May 2010 and that phone is working perfect and there is no issue with keypad or phone itself.

I dont know whom to contact now. I have sent a mail to Nokia Care and waiting for a response.
