Reliance problem in converting my number form prepaid to postpaid

    Thumbs down Reliance problem in converting my number form prepaid to postpaid

    There is Franchise of Reliance Communication and its name is Swayam Enterprises D - 325, 1st Floor, Shanti Shopping Centre, Opposite Railway Station, Mira Road East, Mumbai, 401107. They had told me that if I will pay just 250 rupees they will convert my number to postpaid and it will take approximately 5 to 6 working day I had given cheque on 1st of November and now they had took one month and my 250 rupees also so please help me out how to take action against Swayam Enterprises.

    dear sir,
    i have submitted my documents...photo....a cheque of Rs-250 etc... to swayam enterprise-MIRAROAD tp convert my reliance prepaid number 9022247553 to postpaid on 17-4-2011. now no one giving me any answer...i am calling on 7498079380 but they are not ready to talk with me...PLEASE.............. do everything which is need to convert my above mentioned number to postpaid.........you can also call me on 8268837388.............

    then Why your company Claim they are the providing the best Service ?
    if it is your Claim then you should provide the best Service to Your Clients . however i am also from mumbai and i have noticed that your company ,s signal are also doing Problem .

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    One day i got a call from an Agency Swayam Enterprises, Shanti Shopping center, Mira Road. The advised me to take a better Plan and asked to convert my connection into Post Paid Plan and it will be in effect within a day after verification. I agreed and submitted required paper and Advance deposit amount to the agency through a marketing guy sent by them. After that they are denying to take any responsibility and saying that they have done their part now other will look over next process. While Guys on reliance center are asking that they didn't submitted approved paper so it is taking time. Verifying person has already confirmed his positive report for address verification. Neither I am able to connect their supervisor nor other persons who can help me. its one week passed and i spent just double money in call. Now can you help me to find a way to find a guy who can help me to get rid of. Its total irresponsible activity by reliance guys.
    two days before Mr Lucky from Swayam Enterprises promised me to take approval and convert my number to Post paid but after 2 days still no response. I called there and a lady received call and she said to call me back with updated status but after 5 mts mobile got switched off and no one receiving call. I guess i am cheated now by Reliance. But if i am not getting a solution then i will file a case against Reliance and the concerned person cheating this way to customers.
    Also most of the time they kept their numbers Switched off. so how can anyone contact them.
    Before submitting paper they are only cheating with their sweet words but after it they are denying for any responsibility. Please Help.
