    I have W350i Mobile handset of SONYERICSSON a well known company which is under gurantee/warrenty right now. The Handsfree of which is not working properly as there was Audio problem with handset. The problem started after using it around 5 months. Hence I was forced to get it replaced from service center in Borivli (West) on 01/04/2009 . First of all person attending the customer Mr. Zamul Labideen Shaikh was very rude and refused to gave me a date in writing on Acknowledgement on which I will get the new handfree back after submiting the old one. Also the phone no. printed on the Acknowledgement i. e. 022-28062629 is attented by no one even between working hours. Inspite of many telephonic calls and personal visits stiill as on 9th may 2009 I have not yet received my handsfree.
    Under such circumstances I claim a sum of Rs. 25000/- against loss of my valuable time and money with in 7 working days by an A/c Payee cheque favouring Nirav Abhani.

    Question complain against reliance communication

    I have taken post paid connection from reliance web world and got it activated on 14th April 2009 after 3 months i.e on 21st July 2009 they have barred my outgoing calls and again asking for submission of documents. My query/complain is that since i have submitted all the requisite documnts and same was verified by the cervice provider representative, is it justifiable on the part of the company to ask for resubmission of documents??????????

    Default cell phone complane

    i have j10i5, i purchase this cell phone 2 months a go, after that i got problem,in my cell and hands free i submit my cell in lucknow(u.p.) service center,for change motherboard, they return my cell after 1 month, but they did not return my hands free yet, and the behavioral of the service center employ is not satisfactory , and now i got again motherboard problem, what i do? my previous job sheet num is SE3100914644

    Default service center is too bad (sony ericsson)

    RESPECTED SIR: my name is rajesh i took my new sony ericcsion mobile (j 105i naite)in june month .after took my mobile it getting problemm continouslyy..so i give the mobile to sony ericcson service center in 7-12-2010 .they took my complaint and they saying we will replace your mobile within days but today date is 21-12-2010 i didnot get my mobilee .not responsing properlyy > i want justice and my mobile back please took some action against themm>

    Unhappy very bad service,waste of time,waste of money.i want justice seriously.

    i have been using c510 cyber shot,purchased on 17-10-2009,beteen on which from 6months from the date of purchase i started facing serious problems all at a time inspite of very careful use.1st keypad not working,2nd volume key down not working,3rd phone hang problem.for these i submitted my cell to sony ericcson service center on may 28-05-2010 12.51pm,later got the cell on next day ie:29-05-2010 5.56pm.checked it,purchased a new scratch guard,as we get it removed after servicing our cell.went home got the same phone hang problem at night(unhappy).next day ie:30-05-2010 submitted again to service center and got it back done with a mother board replacement on 15-06-2010 (new imei no-352045033006049).in which i had got the gelatin sheet problem on which i was said"its a minute one,happens for c510 models".now this problem became an issue in nov2010 after my pop out date,for which i was said to be charged 1000rs for the change.&now in jan 2011 the careless replacement of mother board has again got a big prob to my phone on which 3rd feb2011,i'v been told for mother board replacement costing appx 6200rs.i am so not happy.service to bad.i had purchased the phone for 10,000/-.please i certainly need my problem done for which i am not goin to pay.and i certainly have more than 20customers who using sony ericsn cell &who are totaly unhapy with the service.the employees show as if they are cool minded but work is totaly nil.+nobody picks up the phone for the no.given on the job sheet.i want justice or else i'l opt for newspapers

    I had purchased sony ericsson Xperia Arc (LT 15i) on 17/04/2011 with a warranty of 1 year from Vogue Collection at Indraprasth Shopping Centre,Borivali.Last moth the phone went suddenly dead and was unable to charge.I submitted my piece to S.G Infotech,an authorized service centre of sony ericsson, on 29/08/2011 at borivali but ever after several days dthey were not able to repair it.Then I submitted the phone to Vogue collection from where I bought my phone but even they were not able to do anything.And now after 1 month I am standing nowhere closer to repair my phone.

    Default Complain against service centre people

    To, Dear Sir,
    Today, I had a very bad experience at Sonyericson service centre at Nehru place, New Delhi.
    Yesterday, (20/10/11) I submitted my handset for software installation . Receptionist Ms.Nutan, did not return my 2 gb memory card, it was with the phone, because virus was in any my memory card. Today (21/10/11) when I got my phone my memory card was not inside the phone. They cheated me . Rajesh was the IT person who look after my mobile. Why they took out my memory card from my mobile. Rajesh asked me what is your proof of your memory card inside your mobile? You don’t have any proof that why I took my memory card from my mobile, he told me.
    Is this the way to cheat the customer. Please take a strong action agaist to Ms. Nutan and Rajesh for stealing my memory card.

    Unhappy complaint

    i have a complaint against the service centre of barrackpore,west bengal. i have submitted my sony ericson set T715. the work order is SE31185210207. i have sumitted it on 24 th october,2011 within the warranty period (POP date jan31,2011). there was a display,end key problem,and charging problem . we called the centre again and again and we r asked by them that they would ring back us,but they don't actually. we visited there,but we were not properly entertained. we were also asked to go there and collect my set,but we thought to confirm it over the phone, and we rang just few minutes back. and they are now not entertaining us,harrasing us. someone picked up,but could not say anything positive about what happened to my mobile. why is this harrasment??
