Dear Sir,

I have been holding a mobile connection (+91-9849392897) of Airtel Service Provider for more than 4 years. Few days ago Rs. 30/- was deducted from my balance account without my permission for activating a service - Hello Tune Service- which I never sought. I called up the Customer Service of Airtel and requested them credit the money to my balance which was deducted without my persimission, however they refused to do so and claimed that it was me who activated the service.

I would like to draw the attention of the Honorable court to this very Inconvenience inflicted by Airtel.
