I was a prepaid customer in loop mobile for more than a year ...I then converted to postpaid for almost 6 mnths ...I was charged way beyond what I used I had 400mins free in which I hardly used any of it and dey claimed that I used it ...this went on for long...many complains posted at the callcenter...but no action was taken...went to the gallery also but was not helped..even though I was maid to wait for hours for my turn.....I atleast converted to prepaid and want to port out...and guess what the dum bag of useless loop mobile people call me and say I have to be with them for another 90days to be allowed to port out .. I mentioned I was with them for 2years or more ..and they still stop my port out ...I need some justice if anyone is there to help us ... My email is reuelc7@gmail.com

the reason for the complaint recently i had taken two prepaid connection no is 8082235373,8082234131, it was told that the messege will charge for first two start messeges in the day. and the remaining 98 messege day will be freee.......
but i have noticed that the offer which was said to me is not working the charges are cutting for each and every number. this is not the way you are giving the service to us. though i had purchase this card from ghatkopar west LBS marg mobile store.
even the call centre service is worst of your every time the 198 number is busy or disconnecting no way to call the customer care service is absolutely very bad......
kindly get noticed on your customer service improve your technical problem.
plsss reply me as soon as possible for the further matter. and refund me the money which i had lost through the messeges. thisis not my fault. if you revert me back then it will be ok. if not i will disconnect the connection. there are several telelcom ind in the market. will take the good brand.

This is regrading complaint against balance deduction and your customer care service,
I was a prepaid customer in loop mobile for more than 3 years, previous when its BPL i never ever found any problem but by the times of Loop the problem starts and continually increase whenever i spoke regarding balance inquiry they simply says mam server is down call after some times. from last 15 month i heard same excuse, your customer care service is absolutely very bad.... need to improve your (sever down) technical issue,many times logged the complains at the callcenter...but no action was taken . pls look into the above issue./

hi , my m.no. is 9821465866. from last 15 days ur co. has change my plan without intimation.i was 1p/2sec plan and rental was 1rs per day.but last 15 days ur co. change my plan.but the deduction of rental is going on till today. I complaint this matter to ur cust,care. but they unable to do the same.and the balance of mobile is going on.3 days before i took of recharge of rs 204.of another plan of local call. but my main balance is deducted everyday.

I want to register a complaint against balance reduction- LOOP MOBILE.
I had done a full talktime recharge of Rs. 222/- on 19th Nov 2011 (sat). And I did receive the the full talktime. But the next morning my balance was Rs 179.93/-. I have not activated any schemes as far as I know.
I called up the customer care service more than 10times, to ask them how my balance got deducted, but every time they said that their system was down.
Please look into the above matter and guide me as to how do I go about resolving my issues.

My name is sanjay Raut. I activate the plan Rs 39/- for changing my call rates at dated 17/10/2011. Still dated 23/11/2011 the call rates are not changed. I launch the complaints at 3 time via customer care. still no response. When i told them to transfer the call to your SENIOR'S after transfer the call the call get disconnected, this is happened for 3 to 4 times. They give the same answers while i call to customer care, they ans that "The system is down call after some time"
This is a insufficient answer. I am very upset with Loop Service.
I want my cash back of Rs 39/- and the call rates charges which is not change. I wants to file a case in consumer court against LOOP. give me a sufficient answer about that.

From past 3 months my ballance is getting deducted attomatically like its getting cut Rs. 10 Rs. 20 to Rs. 25 every night where as I am not using your internet nor downloading anything
from past 1 and half month the LOOP gallery people are just giving me excuses and not helping me they are just giving me dates dates and dates and saying our sysyem server is down I tried calling ccustomer care they are also giving me tge same reson of system down and call latter. At gallery the person had also told me that he will refund me the amoynt of Rs189.00 which I have not received he is giving me the resoan that its there in your account but its not reflecting. 2 weeks before I did a recharge of 222 and it got deducted automattically and the balance was 0.68 paise withing an hour where I had not used the phone also. Please take this problem seriously as we work hard to earn each penny

hello....I m suresh yadav my no.9821363049..meri complaint ye he ki...loop wale ab bewajah balance deduct karte he..nd vustomer care ko phn kia to unsa server problem he ye bolkar barbar phn karne bolte he...last month me loop ne mere 100rs deduct kia... usski ingormation mujhe 3days bad batayi o b koi faltu sa reason dekar...bt is month me v mere 40rs deduct kia he....av customer care ko phn 4-5 time kia bt server prb bolakar ignore kia..... mujhe mere refund chaiye...bs.... mujhe meri service deactivate karwani he...bt us bare m . v koi info. nahi de rahe he.....
50568 got msg tht get rs 666 talktime on 555 n rs 933 tt on 777 offer till 9th dec. As i got msg i rechrged my mob wit rs 777 on 9th dec, but instead of getting tt 933 i've got only 777. After complaining to customer thy said tht u'll get only 777 so it's just like cheating wit customer. So asap i need my remaining balance or refund. Please take action about such type of msgs.

while making the payment by cheque in loop gallary over the counter, the counter staff refuses to acknowlege the same by putting the stamp,date and signature of the part of the bill saying that they will not do the same. This is happening in your gallaries at Malad -Kandiwali-west Mumbai.Please clarify whether customers are not entitled for such acknowledgement.
