This is Arokiya A Satheesh A demeanor your service, since 2007(Ref # Ph .No: 91 9962334455).On context about me with your company, I paid the charges to avail fancy number, prompt payer of bills, never launched a complaint & reversal till last month…

Complaint over the phone services:

I got a sms from your company on 20th April 2009 with regard to my bill , I was astonished with the bill amount ie;3855 INR(Which is unusual).

Immediately, I gave a call to call center & checked about detail of it, where I had a surprise of FLASH SMS Charges is 1k + & Service charges for the same(One- third of my bill amount)… I was innocent about flash sms, where the charges was not disclosed to me through letter, mail or sms… There on, the customer service executive replied that “She will do the needful on reversal before 23rd April 2009” & gave me complaint number through sms…

No feed back or call on or before the committed date. Again I gave a call to service by phone , another female replied “ Process is on, where we will do the need ful within 48 hours”.. No reply from the company end through any means…

Today, 29th April 2009, I gave a call to the call center, where the reply was rude from the call center executive stating “ you have signed all these at the time of applying for the connection”. I told about my conduct with the company asked him reply for two question, Why you didn’t revert to the complaint? & have you intimated the charges before?
Where they doesn’t have a reply, again they said, “They will revert within 72 hrs”

My worries:

No reply from the company, where I am tired for getting a answer from 20th April 2009..
Reversal of the charges, Where I was not intimated by any means…
I have undergone both physical & mental stress…
