This is to inform you that after so many reminders to sony ericsson call centre(complaint no. :-SE1361-4925) and visiting to the service centre in paschim vihar(SRI BALAJI TELE SERVICE) Compliant no.:- SEO0949511944 dated 14/04/2009.I have got my mobile phone on 29/04/2009 but still problem persists in the handset same display problem is there . Display is blinking and now it is black out. From the starting of purchasing this phone on 20/04/2008 i am mentally and physically tortured. As i have given this phone N number of times in service centre for repair, previous this phone hang , then speaker is replaced & now display is not working but every time i have got problem again. I want the replacement of this headset W580i . Otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court & CRISIL.
