Hi,
My self is Mukesh Kimar, I am using one Vodafonemobile phone since 3 year,
in Dec2008 Vodafone have activated one OnetPach149 without my confirmation
and when I talk to Vodafone care then he said you have give the permission
for same you so I will make the payment and send one SMS for deactivation of
this pack, I have sent the masg also but pack is still continue and 149
charges is continue adding in my bill and when I talk to again in Vodafone
the he/she said we will not reverse this charge you make the payment but why
I make the payment if I don`t given the any confirmation for activate this
pack, now they disconnect the my incoming and outgoing call and when I call
to customer care the he not ready for reverse this pack charge from my bill.
My point is if I give the confirmation for activate this
pack then proof me, I will make the full payment of this pack but Vodafone
is not ready for same.
I requested to you psl guide me how I can file the case on Vodafone in
consumer court.
