Hello Sir,

I would like to raise a issue regarding Airtel's network.

I reside in Bangalore, just 10 kms from Airtel's head office of karnataka. I recieve a very poor reception of
network near my residence (specially inside the house network is zero). I had made complaints since
March 2010, in several forms Calling customer care and emailing them about my issue about network.
They responded that they will resolve the issue very soon. But they closed my help tickets from time to
time saying that now the network is good.
But till today I have no network inside my home. I have written to nodal officer of airtel and got the same
reply from him.

I use my mobile to connect to the office meetings during night from home and more than 10 times the calls
have got cut and some time, my office people will not be able to connect me during the meeting due to no
coverage.

It has caused me embarrassment as well as inconvenience during my business calls.

Is there anyway I can get airtel to answer my questions properly. I don’t need any compensation but make
them work, what they are supposed to do on this problem

I have all the communications made though Emails and consolidated their replies. took a photo of my handset
going blank at my residence due to lack of network.

Can you please suggest me how to go about this issue
