I have a prepaid connection of reliance (ph. no. - 9312496332).
I have got lifetime validity for the connection.
Now whenever I recharge it with whatever amount, reliance automatically
deducts the balance.
When this is brought to their notice, they always say that customer (i.e.
me) has applied for some application packs, e.g.- Astrology pack, cricket
pack or music & radio pack etc.
In first place, it is very tedious to contact the customer care, as the
lines are held up for 15-20 minutes every time.
We have also tried to contact some senior authority via customer care
executives, but it was of no avail. The customer care executives say that ,
"we cannot transfer your call to our manager for this purpose" and simply
disconnect the call without any apt solution to it.
We have wasted alot of money like this and now we are fed up such kind of
theft.
This is my first mail to the comsumer court and I look forward for your help
and support.
