    We had requested for shift of above said landline Number to new address on 03/12/2009 vide reference nO.2388583, but your department told that without new address proof we could not shift the phone. The we told that caller to disconnect the said number as no residential proof of Mrs.Sudarshan Kumar was available. Further, she had already left India and no one is using that landline number from 6/12/2009. We had already requested so many times vide references Nos. 27322934, 111120881, 112077988 and 111385176 but without any positive response, only that we will disconnect it. You are, therefore, requested to disconnect the landline immediately and send the bill up 6/12/2009 to enable us to clear our dues.

    Default Re- fund amount

    Dear Sir

    Our company Jibtex ltd-Tirupur having many CUG airtel connections in the past four years, in which we gave a surrender letter for one of the connection (9994366952) on May month '09 & now this number is transferred to another compny too!

    But till date no deposit reimbursement made by Airtel ( deposit amount 9310.00)

    We are keep following with Textel co past four months with Mr.Suresh (99500600067) & Ramya (9894011732), but there is no proper response them, most of time they are not picking our phone calls too.

    Also we visited to Textelco office many times, but always they are asking excuses - Pls see mail received from Textelco - dated 09/12 & 30/12

    We are really sick & tired to follow this issue with Textelco, pls look in to this matter in priority & arrange re-fund to JIBTEX LTD
    Await your earliest response

    Note: Attached bill proof of deposit made to Textel co on 25/01/06.

    From the inception of my mobile number issuance, my average mobile bill is about Rs. 500.00. I have paid all the bills in time. On 23rd September 2009 I got a message that I have to pay a sum of Rs. 435.53 to enjoy continuous services. On 27th Sept. 2009, I got a message that my unbilled amount is Rs. 270.6. On 28th Sept. 2009, my mobile is disconnected. I enquired with your office, they informed me that unbilled amount exceeds my credit limit & therefore your mobile is disconnected. On further enquiry I have been told that, I used internet for Rs. 1575.00 in one day which is fictious. I don’t know how this has generated in your system, I have never used mobile phone for internet purpose because company has already provided me an 24 Hrs. internet facility.

    Since than I have enquired from your office Mr. Abdul & your agent at Gajraula (Mr. Habib) many times, I didn’t get any satisfactory answer since 28th Sept. 2009 to till date. My mobile services remains disconnected. However in the month of Nov. 2009 a fictious bill of Rs. 3611.91 was sent to me. Please correct this bill to Rs. 435.53 so that I will pay the amount Rs. 435.53& can get your services continuously.

    Hope you will consider my case and will help me to correct the bill.

    Angry My Airtel Sim Is Not Starting

    I Am Hating Airtel Now.
    On 14th January I Lost My Mobile With That My Airtel Sim Also Lost.
    Sim Was Issued On My Brother's Name.Below Are The Details
    Number 9631536103
    Owner Raja Ranjeet
    I Went To Airtel Distributor And Get A Duplicate Sim In Evening. But New Sim Is Not Getting Start. I Call Customer Care Daily They Always Say In 4 Hours Your Sim Will Be Started But Till 1st Feb My Sim Is Not Working.

    On 28th Jan I Purchased New Airtel Sim That Is 8809164167 And Again Same Problem It Is Also Not Starting.
    Please Help Me Airtel Is Torturing Me. I Have No Other Way Than Consumer Court Now.

    I am constantly getting msg from airtel regarding using the subscription service and deducting my account at the same time, inspite of the fact that I have not subscribed for any such services.     Default stop sending jokes & News

    Hi,

    My Airtel prepaid mobile no is : 9618041181 .They are sending Jokes & News which I haven't subscribed for.By balance is deducting everyday.
    I tried to call customer care to unsubscribe these things, but it's no use.So please do the needfull as early as possible.

    Default balance on recharge

    respected sir
    i ,vikas raj, mobile no. 9967027101 got my airtel mobile recharged with easy charge rs 100 which claimed to give a balance of rs 125 but my recharge gave me only re 1 as recharge value.

    Default non-disconnection of Landline

    Dear Sir,


    I request your immediate intervention in the acute harassment being caused to me by
    Airtel. I have made repeated requests to Airtel to disconnect my landline phone

    (no. 01141040556) as I do not need it. My complaint was registered by Airtel on 5th
    November 2009 under the complaint no. 855944. I made another request on 21st
    November 2009 to disconnect the landline phone. However, till date no action has
    been taken by them, eventhough TRAI has mandated that such requests should be
    entertained within 7 days of the complaint. I strongly suspect malafide intent of
    Airtel in this regard as I have just received a bill for use of my landline for the
    period 17/10/2009 to 16/11/2009. It is clear that Airtel does not want to disconnect
    my landline phone and keep billing me for the same eventhough I have completely
    stopped using it. I have even physically disconnected the phone so that Airtel does
    not blame me for using it for incoming calls. However, I strongly suspect that they
    will not disconnect the phone and keep billing me for the same in future also,
    despite no usage on my part. This is a clear case of cheating.



    I, therefore request you to kindly direct Airtel to disconnect my landline phone
    (01141040556) immediately. I am willing to pay for the use of the phone till 5th
    November 2009, the day when Airtel registered my request for disconnection.

    Question fed up

    I am using airtel connection for one year. I am living in dehradun. My number is 9897856362. Today $th feb 2010 at about 11:30 pm I got fed up with their services when their costumer care executive hang my phone 3 times. the main problem is that ....I, yesterday make a recharge of 11 rs for msg and today they cut my 43 rs for no reason and they are now not even ready to give them back. they justify that it is just a technical error. they just thing every indian is a fool and will not say anything..... Its not the matter of Rs 43 but a matter of satisfation. This company geting bad to worst............One more thing they have not even sent my complain no....

    kisi se bath karna tho kam se kam 10 time dial karna padtha hei.. thum lok subse gadiya network hei airtel. thum lok apne murdha change karo "ar jaka upalabdh airtel". are bhai kyom chhothiya banarho lokom ko. UP talbehat me kisi be Airtel se bath nahi horaha hei. thumare custmer care se bath karne se un lok koyi care nahi kar raha heii

    Angry complain

    I have a complain for airtel prepaid connections. I am using Friends Prepaid card since more than 2 yrs along with that I am also using campus card. Since 3/4 months, 20/30 Rs are being deducted giving sms reasons that I ahve subscribed cricket..radio..likewise services. I am trying to call customer care a long back, but call is not getting connected. Today also, 10Rs was deducted from my campus card for subscribing radio.but fact is that I havnt subscribed......till now apprx. 60-70 rs are being deducted from both of my card. What is the solution for this.????/

    Default Airtel customer care is full of ass-holes

    The Airtel is full of ass-holes. I had requested for broadband connection in dec'09. They had sent one fellow who came and verified that there is a port available. He asked me to fill the form and said by paying 5 months fee in advance you will get one month free. He said the connection will come in 5 days. But when I called them they said that there is a technical problem and can't provide connection.

    They said that the refund will be done in 15 days. But didn't receive it even after a month. After repeated calls they sent a cheque for 500 rupees and that too in some company's name whereas I had paid around 4000 rupees. So far these ass-holes have not sent the corrected cheque.
