    Default Barring my outgoing calls for no valid reason

    Dear Sir,

    It's indeed disheartening to know that Airtel being one of the leading mobile service company can behave so irresponsibly.I had recently subscribed airtel post paid connection submitting the relevant documents . But unfortunately there has been some serious problem with the verification . It's the second time that my no is barred like this even though Iam getting the bill at the right address.Would like to add that the verification department functions according to its own whims and fancies and doesn't even give a prior call or any sort of information. A person calling himself as an Airtel guy asks me for my address over phone when i was in office and even confirmed that my presence was not required even if i was willing to come home . Though the address was right ( he even spoke to the securityin my apartment), the next day i gather that my outgoing calls are all blocked . People in the airtel gallery too couldn't help me and instead asked me to speak to the apellate authority. After describing my woes , they too promise that they'll again do something about my verification but nothing happens - no call at all from their end. Customers are made to run behind them (service providers) for no fault of theirs . One interesting thing here is I get the airtel bill promptly at my said address which clearly means my details are correct and I am at no fault . As a working professional I badly need this problem to be sorted soon sir . My no is :9004088088 and I am a resident of Vashi(Sect 8),Navi Mumbai. Hoping to hear something positive at the earliest.

    My Airtel number is 9972310993. For past few months I am getting the these two messages daily from AD-91752

    "Daily Wallpaper Service Renewed."
    and
    "Dear User You have been subscribed to Wallpaper Pack. You will be charged Rs1/d.To unsub Sms STOP to 122."

    I have never subscribed to this and I am not able to send SMS to 122 and stop this. I want to get rid of this and recover the money they are stealing from me.

    Thumbs down aiterl betraying customers

    Hello sir/mam
    I have a airtel number 9971954339 which in associated with airtel-delhi. I bought this number in jan-feb 2011. From last few weeks i used this sin in Galaxy tab. On 15 dec 2011 at 9:41 pm i did a recharge of 750 fro 3G internet services. On 17 dec 2011 i came to know that my sim was not working. I called 121 and was told that there is no problem with documentation or others and i should contact airtel relationship center. Today i went to Airtel Relationship center at Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar. I was told my sim was totally blocked, no reason was given. I was told that even if my sim will be activated, my recharge of 750 rupees will be erased and i was given a number of some Nodal officer whom i tried to contact but in vain. My humble request is that you please look in this matter so that my sim is activated and my recharge of 750 rupees does not go in wain.

    I hope you will look in this matter and will solve my problem and my hard earned money doesnt go waste,

    Default Charge double than bill for a Mobile period

    This is regarding my bill payment, I have paid dues on 12 dec 2011 for my mobile by my own at outlet. To make regular payment I have given standing Instruction to my credit card for monthly bills. This time due to large amount airtel customer care ask to submit the payment, whcih I have made on 12th dec. but again same bill chaged from my credit card on 19th dec, means they have charged me twice. Now Nither Caredit card nor Airtel help me out to take it back. This is my complain for Airtel. I am having same account more than 11 year.

    Dear Sir/ madam,




    Myself Pradip S. Nirmale, and my cell no. is 09970392306( Maharashtra Circle) using this number from last 7 years.

    I am very disappointed with AIRTEL service, because AIRTEL cheated me 3-4 times but now this time they really did worst thing about their service.
    On 14th DEC 2011, I applied in VODAFONE maharashtra for porting out my service from Airtel because of frustration with the Airtel daily reduction and overall services. after three days 17th DEC, 2011 Airtel backup team called and asked me about problems, after that Airtel backup team introduced scheme of 10 Paise per call for airtel to airtel and 30 for airtel to other plus 50 Rs talktime. I was happy and ready to get back in AIRTEL and sent a message to 51619 about cancellation porting out request.

    After 48 Hrs I got 50 Rs talktime but call rate scheme is not activated up till now. Problem is that several times i have call customer care 121 (15-30 times) regarding call rate scheme for my mobile number and they told me every time that you will get scheme within 24 hrs/within 48 hrs but there are 12 days past but i didn't get it, now they told me that i will taken a call back request for your number and our executive will contact you within 24 hours but no any executive call me and when i called yesterday (30th Dec 2011) regarding same then they told me that you will not get any scheme and you are allow to port out from Airtel.

    This is really bad thing, bad commitment which I had come across.

    It is one of cheating of customers. Please look into matter.

    I am Gnanaguruamy, residing at Pot No.70.; 4th Street; Bharati Nagar; Avadi, Chennai-71,
    a retired Junior Warrant Officer of Indian Air Force, using this same Mobile No. for the past three years which is expiring on 12 Jan 2012. Though I tried to contact the Customer Care Service a number of times, well in advance to extend my validity extend the validity a couple of weeks before, no courtesy call been received till now. On Annoyance, a valuable mobile had been broken down for the sake of their damn good service.

    I don't understand the mentality of the NOVICE Customer Care Executive..........?

    Hoping for...................

    Default De activation of KanMovNews MMS Alert Ascenso

    Hi Team,

    Continuous 8 days i have called the Airtel customer care to De activate the KanMovNews MMS Alert Ascenso service which was automatically activated in my mobile number-9686256658.There have been no progress made from the customer care employees and they are deducting an amount of 2 rupees from my mobile on a daily basis.

    Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Angry Anonymous Recorded calls to my postpaid No

    Hi,
    This is Krishnakumar, As i am using Airtel Mobile from 2008 onwards. Initially Airtel service was good and i used to recommend for my friends. Based on the trust I have bought Airtel DTH also.

    But now i am totally disappointed with the service, since I am gettig Anonymous calls from 8660811111 & 8960844444 for the past 3 months. I have registered Do Not Call register, but I will be getting minimum of 50 - 60 calls from these nos. I have made so many complaints to Customer Care, here are the few compalint reference no:- F1027603842, 42445183, 42420442, 41431401, 41419326. But there is no positive response from Airtel, i will receive a SMS saying that the reported call/sms could not be locaated in the record of other operator. But when i search in google to find the no it show that these 2 number are from TATA DOCOMO- GSM located in UTTARPRADESH EAST.

    In the meanwhile one of your executive told that I can bar the no using Call Manager service, for which i have to pay Rs.30 per month. So I decide to bar the no and activated the serivce, but each and every time when the call is getting barred i will be getting a SMS saying that the call is barred and it will be minimum 100 SMS per day. Which is also getting irritated and after few days again the call will gets continued evenafter call barred. And one of ur executive told that he will resolve and he says that he will unsubscribed the Call Manager service.

    And i thought to keep the message and call details in my mobile and went to Chennai Head office and explained everythink. But they simple says that I have make a police complaint against the number, which is unprincipled that when i using Airtel Mobiel serivce connection and i have to make police complaint to other service provider or number which is unnecessary thing for the customers.

    I am totally abandoned, disappointed and frustrated with your service and the things happening. If someone from Airtel has to take neccesary action to resolve this problem.

    I am not getting proper tower to access my internet. simply detecting money from my account and saying u r activated this or u subcribed tis. like dis issues are continuously happening to my mobile number. sustomer care is not responsing properly....

    Default no response for my call from custmer care

    Sir, I am a great user of airtel since last 6 years. I think that this org is the highest and better comn org. But this org always give me harassment. My no 9760479658 which is the No of UP (west). Now i am in Ambala cantt. Sothat roaming has been applied definitely. But problem is that in roaming which pack is applicable. For this i am trying for info from customer care. but care is not responding me till date and never give any suitable info. If this happen then i will bypass your service. Also take further action.

    Default Unfair Legal Notice against non-payment

    Dear Sir,

    We shifted from Hebbal to J.P Nagar 3rd phase on Oct 2011. We raised a request for shifting our land-line & broad band connection as well with your representatives. Despite multiple requests and reminders, there was no signs of shifting and every now and then there was a concern on signal tower etc. We waited for 2-3 months and after receiving a confirmation about not being possible to shift, we requested your representative to raise a cancellation request for which he/she agreed too. A mail has been sent on Nov 18th 2011 asking for cancellation. Post this incident, whenever we received a call from your representative there has been information provided to them saying a cancellation request has been raised and requested for confirmation on the same too. Let alone information, there was no communication on any action being taken/not either. We have just been receiving calls for the unjustified payment, with no answer/justification on our cancellation request.


    Please be informed that we have had Airtel connection for past 2 years before we shifted and all the payments have been made without fail. Request you to check on the records.

    Now that your representatives failed to shift our connection we asked for cancellation request. It is truly unfair and unprofessional on your part to send a legal notice for non-payment. It is surprising to see such a unfair move from a reputed vendor like you.
