    Default Deduction of amount from pre - paid account even though not subscribed

    It is very disappointing to find Airtel to be so irresponsible regarding deducting a person's accunt balance without being informed. I am a 50 year old man and i am payin for some matrimonial service that i havent even subscribed to. i have tried to contact Airtel atleast 30 times but to no use. Kindly help me, as my balance is being dedcuted on a monthly basis and its frustrating to be using such an operator. i am sure vodaphone and other operators are more reliable than airtel.

    dear sir i am a prepaid customer my name is DHIRAJ PATEL & my no is 9890499933 & very old customer off airtel but from last six months i have fed up ur airtel u r detecting my money from my account with out asking me u urself r activating a hello tunes or swami ramdev maharajs helth tips or ur sily & rubish jokes or any job search what the hell is this going on before two days u have detected from my account RS 200 when asked to the customer care they told me that i have activated news of criket match i told him that i havent activated any kind of criket score but they refused to give me my money back when i asked to get conacted to ur seniour executive they get me conacted with him but he was also rufusing to give me my money back is this kind of service r u providing to ur customer. or in this mobile compition ur company is geting loose so u r geting all ur loose from us by cheating & detecting the money from our balance or for making of a very high fiy advertisement a big star cast u r taking money from customer by cheating them if ya then please tell me i will give u some money for ur help but stop cheating us by detecting the money from our acount

    HI TEAM my name is vahora sajit bhai and i have a connnection of airtel gujarat connection of number ( 09725718740) as my validaty is for lifetime but when insert my card in my mobile its showing SIM CARD REGISTRATION IS FAILED , as i am staying in hyderabad ,

    i want to know how they airtel people disconnect the lifetime connection, pls do the needful as i am a marketing people and i have to move sometime gujarat and andhra pardesh.

    user of your Prepaid mobile vide No:- 9903016735 .According to your Sms we were played/participated LUCKY DRAW during the period of Diwali,09,which was drew 05/11/09.The sms of 57272 were instigated to played score Max to maximise ur chance to win Rs.5000/-,200000/- or FORD IKON CAR against per sms Rs.3/-,but It has been revealed/understood that you earned the money with taking the shelter of false commitment,because the number of 57272(Airtel) did not need to think/show any responsibility to circulate the result as my Total score at 9:46pm on 05/11/09 was 4350 .I'm astonished of the such type of act with a genuine customer as well as interest of company.I do hope that may you judicially consider and go through the matter for stopping such type of irresponsibilities.

    Dear Sir

    SUBJECT: 7 Year old Number is disconnected

    I am one of the long term customers of Airtel but in the recent past i am very
    dissatisfied with the services from the Airtel. I have a 7 year old prepaid
    connection(9818602214)and for that connection i was asked 4 times for my identity
    proof after every year or two and i have given that, this time i was unable to give
    it for 15 days due to company's(Airtel) fault as the number provided by them to
    contact for the details was not reachable or was switched off So i was unable to
    contact and for that my number was disconnected permanently, and service provider
    was not ready to listen anything.

    Kindly consider the matter as a Permanent numer is very crucial for a businessman

    KEY POINTS IN FAVOUR OF THE CASE
    1 The number is having life time validity.

    2 I am having the duplicate sim of that number which the company provides only if we
    provide FIR statement with complete identity documents

    Hi,

    I tried reaching the customer care 121 but I am not at all able to reach the CSR due to all bloody recorded airtel offer messages. Its totally disgusting. I am a customer of airtel for the past 5 yrs. but now I am trying to get out of this nonsense service.

    Default Complaint for dededucticting from my account on daily basis

    Dear Customer care,

    This is to bring u in notice that I a m using this service since 4-5 years

    recently but due to some how reason they had deducted some amt from my prepaid account
    for which i have not subscribed which when i called up to CC they unsubscribed the same.

    Rercently same thing is happened.

    pls help.....
