    Angry Reactivation of sim card

    Dear costomer care executive,

    my name is bhargav sarpotdar and my no. Is 9004190200.i have given deactivation request month before as i lost my handset and then 8 days before i gave your costomer care reactivation request and after continuos follow up with mr.sule(9967574575)and mr.mangesh(9967574589) till the moment my card is not activeted. This is second time that i am suffering because of your poor customer service.
    I know this complaint will be of no use to you because both the persones are not at all responding to my phone calls and your customer care(9987234865) is always busy and always made me waiting for half an hour with no positive results.i know you have huge amount of compalents because of poor service.

    If my card is not activated within 24hours i am going to lodge complaint with consumer courtand discontinue my all connections of airtel hope you reply positively.

    my name is r.sarada. i'm the customer of airtel, from andhra pradesh,my phone number is 9866508793,i have a problem regarding the recharge of my cell,i have recently visited mumbai,where i have recharged my cell for rs 100/- on 12th of august,i got the message that my talktime balance is zero even though i recharged it for 100 rs.i had bought the cell on the plan of rs 999/-with life time incoming.........please see to it that you take possible actions and bring us to a satisfaction.

    Default Deactiviation of all alerts

    My name is MOHINI SHETTY. My mobile number is 9892607868. I Have been using this airtel number for the last 5 years. I am facing a very terrible and worst problem, which i think no other airtel user might be facing. For the last 3 years i am receiving large number of airtel alerts plus all kinds of activiation and my account balance goes to negative within 2 days of refilling the prepaid. I have several times made a lot of complaints to customer care for deactiviating all the alerts as well all activiation but it is in vain and i am still suffering with the problem. I would further like to bring to your notice that i am NOT able to do call in the whole month for that also i need to recharge, since all the refilled amount is deducted in the alerts and other unrequired activiation It is really ridiculous to speak about this service. Please help me to resolve this problem by deactivating all the alerts or else i need to deactive my number since i can't bear this loss anymore.

    Dear customer care executive,
    i am very disappointed with airtel service, because without subscribing to job alert money from my account has been deducted. they had sent me alert 3 days before register but i reply them 3 times to stop this service even if they have register my name. 3oRs deducted from my account. and every time they did this. whenever i call consumer care always i heard advertising stuffs. there is no simple way to contact them. i want my money come back. Please look into matter & please reply immediately.

    Thumbs down Worst and useless airtel customer service.....

    Airtel got the worst customer care service....not sure about other states but is true Andhra Pradesh.I have recharged with RC 94 for internet activation in my mobile yesterday night at around 9:30 pm and its not activated till now(4:22 am). before activating the service I even contacted the customer care and they confirmed that the service will be activated instantly and trusting them I went ahead and had my mobile easy recharge with rc 94 but the service was not activated.received an instant message showing the confirmation about the rc 94 activation but when I try to browse from my mobile it shows an error "communication error" contacted the customer care and told me that my account is active and I have 100 MB to us which was not showing at all in my balance when I type *121*10# or some other number they gave me...contacted them again and other guy sent me settings again and asked me to save them switch off and switch on the mobile and it will be activated which did not work either .this process went for many times , contacting them , they sending the settings , turning off mobile and turning on but no luck.and after calling customer care from my number for 3 - 4 times , i was unable to call them again . when i call them it gives a default message saying sms airtel to 121.then I called customer care from one of colleagues number and this happened again . after 3 - 4 calls that number too was blocked , this repeated for almost 4 different numbers as I was unable to reach them from my number. finally I spoke in frustration and one customer care guy transferred the call to their supervisor and he asked me to sms my airtel to 121 and then i will be able to call customer care from my number.THE WORST PART IN THEIR SERVICE IS ... they will say please hold on and then they will disconnect the call without intimating or if you contact them for any problem they will simply tell you a solution which will be like head and tails and they will leave the call instantly coz they are not sure if the problem will be fixed or not. DAMN WORST PART in their customer care they shouldnt be given option to disconnect the customers call until customer disconnects or until customer permits them.finally called one more time (total calls to their customer care : definitely more than 23 times from 5 different numbers as each number was blocked after calling them 4 - 5 times) and other guy advised me to deactivate the service by typing *567*2# and then activate again from *567# and I have deactivated as he said and later when i went to activate it was showing me as new customer for internet and is asking for which plan i want, but I already paid and activated it . then I called to customer care again and explained this to other guy and he put me on hold without asking me for almost 3 minutes , while i was on hold i received a sms stating that "your internet service is active and you will be billed 30 paise / 50 kb with no monthly rental"which was ridiculous.then he took the call and said now it is activate....what does that mean....??? I asked him why is this showing like this when i have paid for a month and there should be 100 MB for me to use......seems like he had no answer, he asked me to hold on and disconnected my call....tried to call them again but after that whenever I called them from different numbers all the numbers are getting this message "please wait while i transfer your call to customer care executive,this call can be recorded for internal training services and after 2 - 3 secs annoying sound like this (teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee )" damn Fu*k*ng Customer care service..........believe me I never had this much frustration , really they are great as they made me write a complaint about them..........bigggg complaint .....lets see if they will reach me atleast after seeing this........number is 9849423433





    PS: And a default song before reaching a customer care which says they are happy as they got one crore users which might be true...they need to analyze how many among one crore are happy customers.....sure that cant be more than 2 lakhs or so which will be their employees.........who work with them..........

    Unhappy airtel complaint

    respected sir,
    I am Hiren patel from Gujarat. I am pra-paid card holder airtel mobile company. My number is 9974541850. when i stared the service i have purchase the card with rate of 0.50paise/ min local A to M and 0.20 Paise/ min A To A rate. Now they change the rate without any information provide. and they do not reply properly. Airtel executive from ahmedabad do not give reply satisfied. Now what i can do.

    Angry Airtel digital tv --- a harasment

    This is the text of the email which I have sent to nodal officer of Airtel Digital TV

    This in in reference to the Customer ID: 3001246441.

    I must tell you in the very beginning that I this purchase has been the biggest nightmare of my life. And I warn you if this issue is not resolved within next 48-72 hours, I shall not hesitate to contact the Consumer Redresal Tribunal of my state. Now Listen to the issue.

    I have purchased the Airtel Digital TV, after going through the Rakhi offer in the Local Daily Newspaper, The Daily Excelsior. Since I have been connected through Airtel Mobile service so I prefered Airtel Digital TV. You would be aware that the rakhi offer was free for 4 months ( 2 months + 2 Months). I was asked to send the SMS to 54325 :
    SPL 3001246441, but never was I told that i should receive any reply to this message ( This I came to know after numerous calls to Customer Care).

    This started my nightmare. I made calls to Customer Care to check why my account is showing as NO DATA when viewed through the TV, to this I was told that this will be auto updated, I made multiple reconfirmations about the free months and i was told, YES SIR IT IS FREE FOR 4 MONTHS.

    The actual ordeal started after One and a half months of purchase, when I began receiving the SMS's that my recharge is due. i again called up the CC and escalated the whole issue to them again and again. each time I called up, I had to narrate the same story. RUBBISH!!

    These are the complaints which have been made and mind you these are only those which have been booked by your floor supervisiors. I have spoken to Mr Rajesh Modi, Miss Vijeyta, Mr Swamy.... just to name a few.

    1 Complaint Number :1089835 Dt 21-09-09

    2 Complaint number : 1185026 Dt 08-10-09

    3 Complaint Number : 1219952 Dt 13-10-09

    On many occasions I was told that the issue has been escalated to SME's and I will receive a call back with 4 hours. STUPID!!

    I have made more that 50 call for this issue. if this was not enough you guys stopped the services on 13-10-09, leading to mental harassment of my family members. my whole family is without TV, and this is not a comment from any urban naive, unfortunately it has become a necessity.

    I now demand a APOLOGY and immediate resumption of the service. Mind you the image of AIRTEL, the so called best service provider in INDIA is at stake. This is the Last CHANCE I am providing you. You should know you are there because of us.

    Angry no response for complaint & today i was charged Rs.20 more

    Namaskar.
    i am internet user of plan promo RC303 and i was informed by customer care exicutive that i can suscribe & download unlimited. But at 14/10/2009,12:52 a.m. i was charged Rs.30 for downloading JAVA game which i realy did not download and after complaining i did not get enough response.i have still not any solution regarding this problem. And today at 22/10/2009,1:37 p.m.i was charged Rs.20 for using airtelWAP about WHICH I do not know anything. I AM REALY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE and i am still not able to contact customer care exicutives. i want my Rs.50 back.
