My mobile no belong to Delhi. Recently I have come to Bangalore. Every time I receive a call from outstation I
more than call charges are deducted from my account e.g on 12th Jan I was charged more than Rs 13 for a
of about four minutes duration and to cap it all one minute or so call made by me to US casted me more than
Rs two hundred. When i requested by SMS to furnish me the detail of last four call charges I received a SMS
No transaction traced. I request a thorough inquiry be made and the practice of excess charges be stopped
I may kindly be refunded the excess amount charged

airtel calls its customer for hello tunes without demand of customer and without pressing any option activated this service and deducted charges for the same.

today i recharged with a top up of Rs.20 in my moblie - 9007374925, the balance shown was Rs.16.18. After 15 mins i re-checked my balance and it showed Rs.6.18, when i called d customer care they informed me that a service has been activated through wap of my mobile for which they have deducted the amount.. but i have no wap connection at all in my mobile and have not taken any services from airtel. So, i request you to pay my balance back as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to take further steps...
