My problem is that without subscribing to Hello Tunes service, money from my account has been detected.Rs.30/- detected from my account on 16/09/2009.
I have neither requested for Hello Tunes nor responded to any promotional calls from Airtel.
My NDNC/DND Ref: no. is S1013205405 dated 20/08/2009.
When I noticed this,I called Customer care on 17/09/09 around 8:00 AM & requested to refund my money & stop this service immediately. She assured me for 24 Hrs.Still there is no responce.
I want refund of my 30 Rs.

Pls. post your complaint in detailed manner as in your complaint you haven't mentioned you complete address and not even the name of the service provider.

i didn't subscribe caller tune but they charged me for 30 Rs. &said to me enjoy it for 1 month
after that u unsubsribe that caller tune

i lost my mobile in erode, it is an karanataka sim card, so please tell me now where it is activating and where was it...............

Even though I have consciously not pressed any " * " or other button for subscribing to Hello Tunes, I have just been deducted with Rs.30/- for subscribing to it out of my balance of Rs.35/-. Why is the Company taking its own decisions and cheating people like this? Airtel will start its bad time very soon if it cheats people. I wish to complaint against Airtel Hello Tunes services.

I have consciously not subscribed to any Hello Tunes and an amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance of Rs.35/-. I want Airtel to refund this amount. I have immediatedly unsubscribed to this service as soon as I saw there mail on my "in box" some minutes ago, today (23.9.2009).

I am not able to contact any customer service of Airtel or rather I do not know whom to contact except the recorded 121 which in any way cannot help.

Please help.

The most ridiculous service that i am experiencing with Airtel. I have never subscriber for comedy junction but they used to send me free sms and after 15 days they remind me that my service for comedy junction will get renewed within 3 days and if i want to stop it, i have to send sms STOP to 1210. i sent that and there starts a series of irritating message service of Airtel. Today you have deducted 15 Rs. from my account without my permission of renewing the said service of comedy junction. Now i want to disconnect it and want my money back but there is no way i can contact any customer care service executive. 121 really is a waste of time.

If this type of service will continue, i am sure going to change my service provider.

my problem is that i had been got a offer on 3rd september 2009 by airtel, the offer is (Call A2A@40p, A2M@60p & Std at Re 1 FREE for 30 Days !! Get it with recharge of Rs.23 Full Talktime(Rs 18.85+4.15 in 2 working days). Hurry Offer closes TODAY!!) and i recharge 23 on that day and after 2 working days i didn"t get the offer. And on 7th sep i have call customer care they told that wait another 2 working days but i didn"t get it , i had call on 12th sep they reply same thing. My request reference no is 0912080066.customer care officer of airtel always making us fool and they didn"t take any action regarding to the consumer complaints.
so please do any action for these type of company and solve my problem as soon as possible.
