    Default Negligence in service

    I have an airtel broadband connection and landline no 47084349. On 19 july i submitted a request vide comp. no. 11333814 to disconnect the service as i dont require it and i was told that my billing will stop from that day and within seven days they will take away the equipment. I received a bill with charges upto 22 july and till today the equipment has not been taken away.

    My name is Mrs.Varsha Prakash Nalage. My cell No. is 9867246103.
    I am very disappointed with your service, because without subscribing to Hello Tunes, Rs.30/- has been detected from my account. Today Rs.30/- detected from my account on 26.07.2010. And again on 01.08.2010, Rs. 6/- deducted for SMS charges which I have not sent. Again on 07.08.2010, Rs. 15/- deducted for Jokes service which I have not subscribed.
    My question is why you people detecting money without subscribing to the services.
    when i call on 198, no one is responding........
    I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT THA'S IT...................
    IF I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE NO 198 I ONLY HEAR ADVERTISING STUFF UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE EXECUTIVE.................
    IS THIS WAY YOU RESPOND............

    Default airtel poor service -tower problem

    hi this is saranya using airtel in the area of thiruninravur(602024) tiruvallur dist..
    we never get proper signal for the past 3 months .. we are not able to call anyone and not able to attend the call due to poor signal. problem is existing only for the past 3 months. we made many complaints to the customer care. but no action was taken. airtel was chosen by us due to it's best service. but if this proceeds we are suppose to switch over to some other networks. pls taken action quickly. hope our problem will be solved quickly.

    Dear Sir,
    Above mentioned all 9 mobile numbers under CUG connections in the name of CHOPRA TIMBERS.

    Past almost one year we are facing a problem for not paying some outstanding amount of 6900/- rupees approximately(currently it is going on increasing because of late fee).

    This problem has been started before one year with only amount of 1800/- rupees,which is wrongly added to our account.

    With this problem we went to Mr.Veerabahu(SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER OF WHOLE TAMIL NADU)in TRIPLICANE office in chennai,he told us that this amount is wrongly added to your account.

    He gave us assurance that this amount will be adjusted in next billing cycle,but till now it is not adjusted and we are facing this problem from one year.

    And now from 2 months Mr Veera bahu is not picking up his mobile phone,and not giving any reply to our call,we caught in serious trouble.

    So pls advice us what to do with this problem?

    If possible pls ask your senior authority to speak with Mr Veera bahu(Mobile no:9840616161),because from past one year he is playing a game with us,and not responding properly,due to Mr.Veerabahu only we caught in the problem.

    pls note his colleage number also Mr.Balachandran 9840075451.

    Many times we are getting a calls from call centre and asking us to pay the outstanding amount,we are not able to give a reply,due to Mr.Veerabahu,and currently we do not have any type of proof to show the airtel people becuase it happened more than one year.

    So we request u to pls take necessary serious action against Mr.Veerabahu,so this thing should not be happened with others.

    Please refer to the correspondence below.

    Every month I am assured that this issue has been rectified but still every
    month this process continues.

    I am Sick & tired of this !!!!
    My balance was gain deducted yesterday at 23:59 hrs.
    The message was from 54321.

    Please advice whether Airtel bharti limited has some responsibilities towards
    the customers.

    I am Wing Commander Pradip James of the Indian Air Force and have been an Airtel customer for over six years. As mine is a frequently transferrable job, I prefer to use prepaid service. I was transferred to Gandhinagar, Gujarat in November 2008 and have been using Airtel prepaid number 9724258308 since then. I have received an SMS today that my documents are insufficient and I need to submit my photo, identity proof and residence proof once again. This is not understood as I had submitted all these nearly two years ago and my connection got activated only after receipt of said documents was confirmed in November 2008. I tried to speak to your customer care at 198 but they could not give me any reason and kept repeating the same story as the SMS. This is very harassing to a person who is a Class I Gazetted and commissioned Armed Forces Officer for the past 23 years. I request a clarification as to what has been found wanting in my documents submitted almost two years ago and why no action was initiated for so long. Also, what is the guarantee that the same "TAMAASHAA" does not repeat in future as the documents I'll be submitting now would be similar to those submitted by me in 2008. Expecting an early response.

    Its a strange exp with Airtel, I've been getting mcheck alert even after subscribing to it. its wasting my time and distracting me from my work. Acan anyone help in getting rid of this.

    Mr Banarjee un able to explain me details of the above massage

    also he is unable provide me the ID no.

    Plase note my complain for not providing the proper service by your cutomercare personel.

    2)99811462249 there is no signal inside my house if i have talk out my house walking on the road the signal is reached there is not possible to come out from my house and talk to my boss and family member every time,plz take seriously and dissolve my problem other wise i will surrender my all connection.
