m using ur airetl service..but the no. m using is not valid anywhr on internet...
i am an airtel prepaid customer. I recharged with E recharge for 150 on 8 march 2010 at 2:12 pm .transaction id 639323020. My balance has not increased although it says recgarge successful.

My mobile no.9892013292. Today I made recharge of RS120.00 and got talk time Rs. 106.00.
But soon i got the message from 54321 for where it is been mentioned that my balance in been deducted by Rs. 99 /-
for downloading MP3 ringtones. But as per my knowledge no such installation was done. or even i have not downloaded the ringtones. Please give me the clerification for this deduction and refund the amount immediately. Treat this as most urgent. Also note that snatching the public money by such methods is an offence. Please note.

i recharged my phone number +919915115768 with 500 ruppee for monthly gprs pack ( transactioon id being 465857332). but the problem is they never activated the gprs on my phone even today after 5 days ( against promised for activation in 24 hours). i tried customer care and lodged my request for activation they confirmed the non activation , but never were able to activate it( request id-0312410739). after these 5 days spending 500 bucks + time spending on visiting airtel vendor shop and time spent in waiting or talking to customer care + spending my 10 bucks or perhaps more on customer care number , i feel robbed by airtel.
perhaps the robbers have switched the places with the airtel or airtel is a robber iteself.

my dth is not working from past 5 days, and whenever i call custmor
care they always gave me a fix time and date on which the engineer
will come to solve myproblem , on the third day they gave me another
3rd date and time sayng that tommorrow our engineer will surely check
your problem, i m so much frustated now sir. my first service request
2183047 was on 12 march 2010 but no one came on that date, 2nd
complaint 2188053 was on 13 march 2010, again no response. on 13th
march i call them again and they said that we will send a enigineer
before 1 pm plz stay at home. but no 1 came then on 1pm,then again i
called them, and they said sorry for the delay engineer will surely
arrive before5 pm, now i again call them and said whats going on and
the cc guy gave me another time and date 15th march 1 pm. that request
is is 2192743. after five minutes they send me a sms saying your
service request 2192743 has been resolved. so this is the way to
treat your customers. i have airtel mobile, landline and brodband
also, but now im feeling so much betrayed by airtel, , they are
deducting money from my dth account but im unable to use your service.
today this is 14th march,. the custmor care executive was piyush on 4
pm, itold him that im facing this problem from last 5 days, you guys
are duducting my money but i cant see any channel coz of no signal, he
replied roodely and said, how can u say that you are facing this
problem from last five days, you have'nt inform cc before. and i
replied that this is my 6th complaint, then he just cut the phone.
what was this. they donno how to talk with custmors, im really really
fed up with cc srvice of yours. last time i called them on 5 pm 14
march to check my complaint status they are saying that all engineers
are busy and now we will send you a engineer on 17th march.this is the
limit, im acing this torture since last 5 days . plz sir you are my
last hope. or else i have to go to the consumer court.
hope you will take action against the wholw team behind this, and plz
send a engineer to solve my problem.
Dear Sir,
My number is 9910566776. My Airtel bill used to be appx. 1500 a month. Later they sent me bills of Rs.10921 for 3 months period. I disputed it. I said its wrong as my usage never goes that high.
I received calls from Airtel office their number is 43396310 and collector was Pooja. She offered me waver of 1521 and said my phone will start within a week if I make a payment of Rs. 9400.
Though I was never agree that I have done calls for Rs. 9400 however I made the payment of this amount as I wanted my phone to start ASAP.
Now they are not starting my phone, I went to Airtel outlet several times and they say that I have an outstanding of Rs.1521. and my phone is permanently disconnected.
Kindly advice what do I do.

My number is 9892791703. I am having a Prepaid connection since 4 years. I am getting so many promotional SMSs which distrub me. Please regitered DO NOT DISTURB facility for this number.
My mobile number is 9438171717 and somebody trying to blackmailing me to this number and his number is 9777062778.so please tell detail about her person or block that number,otherwise i will complain to police station its my request .I am a civil engineer
yes me too., These guys r deducting money without proper reason and Once deducted we have no option to get back.,
i subscribe Mobile office by recharging monthly rental Rs98(delhi) but they send configuration code one day after to activate,
After that they started deducting money on Kb and mb basis as per 0 Zero rental plan Once i called them keep saying to activate again.,
Then they deduct money by sending SMS like Thanks for the subscribtion of daily rental Rs10/- while i was using Monthly rental Its absolutely Nonsense even i called customer care from my mobile they never transfer my call to executive same time i calling from another mobile i could catch them but No use i could not recover deductions.,

My mobile number is 9633410766. My handset is MX525 (MAXX MOBILES)
I have subscribed the mobile internet ( Rs 10 for 100 mb/ day plan) on 23-03-2010. Immediately Rs 10/- was deducted from my balance. I did not receive any settings for the same. I have contacted the customer Care (121) and they said they will send it by an hour. They did not. I called again but after that i was not able to connect customer care executive for whole day.
On 24-03-2010 morning another Rs 10/- was deducted, So i contacted Customer Care (121) this time they asked to dial to their GPRS department (12118). I lost Rs 0.5 for the call. Now i contacted GPRS department (12118) they said they cannot send settings but if i call from an alternate number they will manually help me to do that. FOr this call I lost Rs 1/-.
IN total i lost Rs 21.5 /- uselessly. Please take necessary steps to send me settings as well as compensate me for my loss with immediate effect.
I have all proof for my claim ( i did not delete their information messages) .
Hope you will not dissatisfy the customer.

I am muhammed unaise, had a sms offer of charge first 2 sms and 100 sms free for a day.
last day i send 30 sms, but charged.
i complaint ur customer care, they said offer valied only for two month. then i activate again by *555*5#, the message is that " you are already activated this sms pack"
pls solve my problem
i m a regular user of Airtel prepaid mobile service. i m using it from around last 3 years. but since new message pack of Rs 11 came.i recharged it 3 times but it worked only 1 time properly.this month i recharged for second time on 1st of march but it didn't worked & money was deducted from my account for every message.after i complained in customer care the problem was resolved on 5th march.But it didn't worked for 15 days although customer care promised for 15 days validity.again i recharged my account with this Rs11 pack on 15th of march but i could send only 2-3 messages for free but after that balance started deducting for every next message.i reported to customer care they promised to resolve problem in 2 days but they didn't replied.i called after 3 days to them but they weren't able to resolve problem till that time.customer care executive requested me that they will resolve & inform me in next 8 hours.but once showing their negligence they didn't responded.i left hope. after around a week i.e,on,25th of march i called again.executive asked me to hold till he can check abut my complaint.he kept me on hold for around 6 minutes then he disconnected the call.i felt so bad &shame that i am using services of such a company where executives are not told how to deal with customers.
