I am nandakumar SO/SB, Working Department of Atomic Energy, Kalpakkam. I am
using BSNL - Excel Jodi prepaid cell phone

On 23.03.09 I have tried recharge my cell through online, WebSIte(.bsnl
co.in) I have recharged my mobile through this website for the amount of Rs
3309/- payment by online sbi.

After that it shows my payment is debited from my account.
But my cell phone does get recharged. But in the statement of my sbi account
and bsnl account shows your recharge status is succesful.

I have waited one week still no action from your side, I have enquired in
our SBI - kalpakkam, branch, the given following detail

Money is transferred to Cellone India payment - 0030254853852 this is
account I have sent the money through online recharging.

Due to this I have recharged my cell again for Rs.337 for one month this is
the lose for me, if you have recharged last week, this lose would not happen
Please arrange to recharge my cell phone with validity of one year and talk
value of Rs.3750 with offer.
